Paloalto has a 15-day return policy: you have 15 days from the delivery of your order to send it back to our studio for a refund or exchange.

Any claim related to the delivery of the product(s) must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label, bottom sticker etc.), using the prepaid dhl return label provided in the package.

The return will never include the return shipping costs (we will deduct the return shipping costs in the return):

Any package returned after the prescribed period will be refused and returned to the sender. Any package returned as COD will not be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks related to the return of the products are borne by the sender.

Once the payment is processed, an automatic email will be sent with the confirmation and status of the order with the tracking link.

Please note that Swim suits purchased from Paloalto Woman is artisan hand crafted from different places and techniques around Spain, therefore it is delicate.

We recommend to wash our items by hand.

Also, try to avoid lotion, hairspray and other cosmetics to be in contact with your products. The stained lycra must be cleaned with a specific product, contact us if you need further assistance.

Please store your swimsuits in a dry environment, without knots. The included paloalto bags are ideal for maintaining garments.
