Shipping Instructions

All orders are prepared once we've received the payment
confirmation. All parcels are sent following our schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. We don't make
shipments on weekends or feasts, unless it's an emergency
which you must contact us directly via email or Instagram.

All orders leaving our showroom are sent with DHL (Internarional) and Correos 
Express. The cost of each shipment is calculated right before 
confirming the order. If you have any doubt, you can 
reach us out via email

World | 4-6 business days            

If you are discontent and would like to return or exchange an item,
contact us within 15 days. Please send an email to
stating your #order number, full name, email address and request. 
The customer is responsible for shipping returns, meaning all
shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.
The original shipping fee will not be credited back in the case
of a return. The parcel must be sent to the following address:

You may use any postal service at your own risk, Paloaltowoman
does not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the
return transit.

Please make sure all return packages are sent
with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.

Articles must be unworn, unused and in sellable condition.
It must also be in its original packaging with the tags and labels
intact. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear
to have been worn, washed, or that are not in its original condition.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory
rights as a consumer.

Items on SALE are not eligible for refund or exchange, with no exceptions.


Once the order arrives at our showroom and has been checked that everything is correct, the refund will take place within the next (30) days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if
the size ordered was sent incorrect. If you have received
a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and need to exchange
it, please email including #order number,
full name, email address and a photograph illustrating the damage.
We display photos of our products on our website for guidance
only - minor differences between the photograph and the received
product do not count as defects.
